This calming, nurturing class facilitates relaxation through gentle movement, supported poses, and guided meditation. Practice begins with gentle and restorative postures to prepare the body for meditation. Then relax into Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep")-- a guided journey through the layers of being to experience healing and bliss.
